A supervisor-to-agent one-way audio injection during a live call, heard only by the agent, not the caller.

Whisper lets a supervisor coach a live call without the prospect hearing. Critical for new-agent ramp-up and high-stakes calls. Different from barge (where supervisor joins the call audibly) and monitor (one-way listen, no audio back).
