Changing dialers is the kind of project that quietly eats a quarter if you let it. We've done enough of these to know where the time goes, and we built a flat-fee service so you don't have to project-manage it yourself.
What we move
The things that matter, faithfully
We don't just dump the old database into ours. We map, validate, and reconcile so you walk in on day one with a working system.
Leads and contacts
Every lead, with all custom fields, disposition history, call count, last contact date, and custom vendor codes. Deduplicated on import.
Campaigns and lists
Campaign configs, dial methods, CID policies, pacing profiles, hoppers, scripts. Lists preserved with original names and orderings.
Users and agents
All agents, their roles, pause codes, skills, ingroup assignments. Passwords reset to secure random values, emailed individually.
Dispositions and rules
Your custom dispositions, callback rules, recycling rules, filter definitions. DNC and DNO lists imported and deduplicated.
Call history (optional)
Up to 12 months of CDRs if you want to keep historical reporting. Older data available on request.
Recordings (on request)
We can pull recordings from your old S3 bucket and move them into yours on VICIPanel, with signed URL references updated.

Timeline
A typical week, end to end
30 minutes. We look at your current setup, list what moves and what stays, agree on a cutover window.
You (or your current vendor) exports the data. We give you the exact dump commands or API calls so nothing gets missed.
We load everything into a staging tenant and run our validation suite. You get a login to check it.
You and a few agents test the staging tenant with real workflows. We fix anything that doesn't match.
In a pre-agreed low-traffic window, we swing your DIDs to the new tenant. Agents log in on the new side.
Optional week of parallel operation so your team can fall back if anything surprises you. Most customers don't need it.

Things we get asked every week
What if I have more than one year of call history?+
We can move up to 5 years on request for no extra fee. If you have bigger volumes (tens of millions of CDRs), we scope the storage cost separately.
Can we run in parallel for longer than a week?+
Yes. It costs nothing extra on our side. Some customers run parallel for a month while training happens. You pay your VICIPanel subscription during that time.
What about our recordings?+
We can move them for you as part of the migration, or you can keep them where they are and we'll reference them via signed URLs. Either works. Moving them adds a few days to the timeline depending on volume.
My current CRM integration is custom. Do we lose that?+
Maybe not. If it talks to a CRM on our native adapter list, we just reconnect. If it's a custom build, we offer rebuilds starting at $2,500 and we can quote yours after a look at what it does.
What if something breaks after cutover?+
The week after cutover you have a Slack channel with our ops team. Answer within 30 minutes during business hours. No ticket-shuffling.
Can we pause the migration and stay where we are?+
Yes. You only pay for staging-tenant days already used. We've had one customer pause halfway through and resume six months later when they had bandwidth. No hard feelings.
