What counts toward your agent seat
- Any user with role Agent (L1-L4) or above in an active state
- Deactivated users don't count
- Supervisors, Managers, and Admins also count as agent seats (they can take calls if configured to)
Usage dashboard
Admin → Billing → Usage. Shows per-agent active status, telephony minutes consumed, AI transcription minutes used, storage for recordings, and projected monthly cost based on current usage pace.
Payment
Card on file billed monthly on the 1st. Annual billing available (save ~15%). Enterprise customers can be invoiced.
