A named collection of outbound dialing settings, lists, agents, and scripts in VICIdial.
What it means in practice
A VICIdial campaign is the central configuration object for outbound work. It owns dial method, pacing, lists, scripts, dispositions, agents, routing rules, recording settings, and about a hundred other knobs. Most contact centers run 5–30 active campaigns at any time, segmented by vertical, list source, or agent skill.
In VICIPanel
VICIPanel groups campaign configuration into intentional sections (pacing, compliance, routing, scripts, recording) with plain-English descriptions of every setting. The stock VICIdial campaign edit screen has ~80 fields on a single page with no grouping.
