The outcome code an agent selects at the end of every call to record what happened.

What it means in practice

Dispositions drive almost every downstream workflow in VICIdial, lead recycling, callback scheduling, compliance flagging, reporting, and CRM sync. Common dispositions include SALE, NI (not interested), CALLBK (callback scheduled), DNC (do not call), AA (answering machine), NP (no party). Every VICIdial campaign has its own disposition list, which means dispositions don't cross-reference cleanly across campaigns unless you design for it.
