Sync model: pull + push
Zendesk Sell doesn't support outbound webhooks. We poll every 2 minutes for changes, and push immediately when VICIPanel data changes.
Zendesk Sell sync is slightly slower than our webhook-based providers (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive) because of the polling model. For most ops this is fine; if sub-minute sync matters, consider one of the other CRMs.
