DNCL—Do Not Call (List)
Lead was matched to the DNC list at dial time and suppressed.

Counts as dial
Yes
What it means
DNCL fires when your list-scrub process identified the number as DNC but the lead nonetheless entered the hopper. Automatic DNC scrubbing should prevent DNCL hits entirely; seeing them means your pre-dial scrub is incomplete.
How VICIPanel surfaces DNCL
VICIPanel treats any DNCL occurrence as a compliance alert, you should never see this code if pre-dial scrubbing is configured correctly.
