Every administrative action in VICIPanel is audit-logged. Who did what, when, from which IP, with what result. Critical for regulatory response and internal investigations.
What's logged
- User login/logout with IP
- All admin changes (campaigns, users, DIDs, compliance settings)
- All MCP tool calls with arguments (PII redacted) and results
- List imports and scrub results
- Recording access and downloads
Searching and exporting
Admin → Audit Log. Filter by user, action type, date range, or resource. Export as CSV for internal review or regulatory submission.
Logs are retained for 7 years on all tiers (configurable longer on Enterprise). Don't assume an old event is gone; it's almost certainly still searchable.
