Operations and monitoring

  • What's my abandon rate trend in the last 24 hours, campaign by campaign?
  • Show me any campaigns that dropped below 5% contact rate today.
  • How many agents are on right now and which are in wrap?
  • Pull up the recording for call ID 8721234 and transcribe the first 30 seconds.

Compliance and risk

  • Any abandon rate violations in the last 7 days? Show per-campaign rolling.
  • Trace the CID decision for call 8721234, which layer set it?
  • List any DNC hits from our internal list this week.
  • Show me recordings flagged by AI QC for potential compliance issues.

Reporting and analytics

  • Top five agents by sale count this week, with handle time.
  • ROI per campaign for the last 30 days.
  • Which list sources had the best contact-to-sale conversion?
  • What's my dial-to-contact ratio trending over the last month?

The more specific your prompt, the better the result. Saying 'the last 24 hours on campaign X' beats 'show me recent stuff'.
