Most MCP tools return text or JSON. VICIPanel ships six interactive widgets that render as full inline UI inside MCP-compatible clients, Claude Desktop renders them as cards, ChatGPT as rich blocks, Cursor as side-panels.
The six widgets
- Campaign dashboard
- Live KPIs for any campaign: contact rate, drop rate, agents on, leads remaining. Auto-refreshes while the card is visible.
- Agent wallboard
- The same wallboard your floor TVs show, rendered inline. Click an agent for detail.
- CID trace
- Shows the 5-layer CID decision cascade for a specific call, which pool, which rule, which override.
- DID inventory
- Filterable table of your DIDs: country, state, usage, spam-flag status.
- Recording player
- Inline audio player with transcription. Scrub through calls without opening the web UI.
- Lead detail
- Contact card with call history, dispositions, CRM linkage, and custom fields.

Widgets make the difference between 'the AI told me about the data' and 'the AI showed me the data'. Especially useful for supervisors running live investigations, drop the CID trace into a chat and the whole team can see the decision cascade.
